YD-6K Tissue Embedding Machine
The valve body is an integrated structure with good sealing, flexible opening, and no wax leakage or dripping. Wax temperature and flow rate can be automatically controlled. Residual wax on the worktable is automatically recycled. The menu is displayed in Chinese and English. The melting wax tank, insulation tank, wax nozzle, and worktable temperature can be arbitrarily preset. The whole machine consists of an embedding part and a freezing part, with a split design. It has memory and automatic recovery functions, and automatically retains the preset temperature after operation. It has double filtration protection, multiple protection systems for the heating function, and a low-voltage lighting system, ensuring safety and reliability.
★The freezing stage uses a new type of compressor with a time-delay protection function, stable performance, and long service life. It has a super-cooling mode and a temperature control mode with high temperature control accuracy. In the temperature control mode, adjust the appropriate temperature to achieve the ideal freezing effect.
★Extra-large capacity (6L) melting wax tank ensures one-time completion of tissue embedding.
Touch screen operation: It has a memory function and can set automatic on/off times for work and off-work, and can set the display of date, time, and temperature.

The hand rest area has an anti-scalding device, an intuitive operation panel, and safe and comfortable operation. Equipped with a paraffin wax collection drawer: prevents blockage during waste wax collection.
