YD-335 Hard Tissue Microtome
The YD-335 hard tissue microtome is a new product launched by our company following the YD-202 and YD-1508 series. This microtome incorporates the essence of our company's technology, adopts internationally advanced design concepts, and is more in line with ergonomic design. The main components are imported: stepper motor feed system; high-precision cross roller guide rails; and precision parts such as circulating ball screws, resulting in higher sectioning accuracy. This microtome is a model of current advanced technology, a perfect combination of electronics and mechanics, and a new direction in histology.
Functions and Features:
★Uses internationally advanced imported stepper motor drive, high sectioning accuracy, stable and quiet operation.
LCD screen with English and Chinese menu control for section thickness, trimming thickness, section counting, and fast forward, fast reverse, and conversion functions.
★Unique sample retraction function, avoiding damage caused by reverse rubbing of the specimen tissue and the microtome blade, making high-quality sectioning smoother and extending the blade life.
★The handwheel can be locked in any position, making sectioning work safer and more convenient.
Conveniently removable large-capacity waste tray keeps the sectioning work clean and hygienic.
Has a safe alarm system.
★The knife holder is processed with special technology, preventing sticking and rolling of sections during sectioning.
★Specialized for hard tissue sectioning (such as: plastics, fibers, polymers, bones, plants, and hair, etc.)
★The specimen clamp can be rotated 360° for arbitrary fixation, convenient for different sectioning requirements.
★Customized fixtures and knife holders are available according to customer needs.
★Both trimming and sectioning use stepper motors, and the motor has an automatic stop function after sample feeding.
