YD-335 Tissue Slicer
The YD-335 tissue slicer incorporates the company's technical expertise, adopts internationally advanced design concepts, and is more in line with ergonomic design. Main components are imported: stepper motor feed system; high-precision cross roller guide rails; and precision parts such as circulating ball screws, resulting in higher slicing precision. This slicer is a model of current advanced technology, a perfect combination of electronics and mechanics, and represents a new direction in histology.
Functions and Features:
★Uses internationally advanced imported stepper motor drive, high slicing precision, stable and quiet operation.
LCD screen with English and Chinese menu control for slice thickness, trimming thickness, slice counting, and fast forward, rewind, and conversion functions.
★Unique sample retraction function avoids damage caused by reverse contact between the specimen and the blade, making high-quality slicing smoother and extending blade life. The knife holder also has a lateral movement function, effectively utilizing the full length of the blade.
★The handwheel can be locked in any position, making slicing work safer and more convenient.
Easily removable waste tray keeps the slicing work clean and hygienic. It has a safety alarm system.
The E-type knife holder has a hand guard covering the full length of the blade to ensure safety, effectively protecting the user during slicing and wax block replacement.
Electric rough trimming speed 300um/s and 900μm/s
★Both trimming and slicing use stepper motors, and the motor has an automatic stop function after sample feeding.
★The knife holder is processed using a special technique, preventing sticking and rolling of slices during slicing.
★Specimen adjustment direction: horizontal 8°, vertical 8°; specimen clamp can rotate 360° for arbitrary fixation, convenient for different slicing requirements.
