YD-315III Rapid Cryostat
The YD-315Ⅲ rapid cryostat consists of two parts: the YD-315 rotary microtome and the freezing system. The cryostat uses a high-power semiconductor thermoelectric cooling principle, advanced nanomaterials, and an LCD display. It features temperature setting, actual temperature display, automatic temperature control, automatic alarm system, memory function, automatic retraction, automatic defrosting, automatic slice counting, and rapid trimming functions to improve work efficiency. The handwheel can be locked at any position, and the specimen clamps can be quickly interchanged. It can perform rapid freezing for cryotomy and conventional paraffin sectioning, making it ideal for biological histology and clinical pathology.
Features:
1. The streamlined outer casing is clean and generous. The top of the casing can hold blades and paraffin blocks, which are easily accessible within the field of vision. Newly designed white side panels on the knife holder improve both hand placement and cleanliness.
2. Using imported cross roller guides (Japan), bearings, and a micro-feed mechanism with long-lasting lubrication, no oiling or frequent maintenance is required. The cover strip and chip tray make instrument cleaning more convenient.
3. The right-hand sectioning handwheel can be locked at any point. The handwheel handle can also be quickly locked at the highest point. This dual function ensures safe changing of sections and paraffin blocks, making the operation safer.
★4. After the right-hand handle is locked at the highest point, simply pull it outwards slightly to begin operation.
★5. The knife holder is made of special materials and undergoes a unique surface treatment process, resulting in smooth and continuous sectioning. Wax sections do not adhere to the knife holder, achieving excellent sectioning and section retrieval quality.
6. The unique two-stage rapid block trimming function greatly improves work efficiency.
★7. The sample clamping system can be adjusted in any direction in three-dimensional space, making it easy to use.
8. Dedicated disposable blade holders ensure ideal sectioning results for each blade. The left and right movement function of the knife holder allows operators to use the blades more safely and conveniently.
9. The entire machine design incorporates ergonomic concepts, providing operators with a comfortable and fatigue-free experience.
