YD-14P1.5 Environmental Dual-Basket Tissue Dehydrator
1. Can operate two baskets simultaneously
Fully meets the different tissue processing volume requirements of users. For large volumes, two baskets can be run; for small volumes, one basket can be used.
★2. Can run two different programs simultaneously
When two baskets are running simultaneously, they can run the same or different programs. Running different programs allows for the separation of large and small tissue processing, as well as hard and soft tissue dehydration, significantly improving tissue dehydration quality.
★3. Ion purification: Commonly used reagents such as xylene are harmful to the human body when they evaporate into the air. Common air purification methods use activated carbon adsorption, which is physical purification. Activated carbon purification requires a certain adsorption temperature (60℃~70℃ for the first stage, 20℃~40℃ for the second stage) and adsorption time (about 1 hour) to be completely effective. However, moisture and dust in the air affect the activity of activated carbon, thus affecting its efficiency, so it must be replaced. Ion purification overcomes these shortcomings. Ion purification ionizes gases to produce ions, changing and decomposing harmful gases (hydrocarbons), completely removing harmful substances without the need for maintenance.
4. Color LCD touch screen display: Icon display, showing all operating parameters clearly and intuitively. Parameters can be modified directly on the icon display, and the touch screen operation is convenient to use.
5. Delay function: With a delay function. During use, if additional running time is needed, the delay function can be used without changing the original program.

8. Paraffin wax tank heating: Dry heating is used, without water as a heating medium, eliminating concerns about water shortage, corrosion, leakage, and electric shock, ensuring safety and reliability.
9. Anti-jamming function: When a jam occurs, the equipment automatically stops and alarms to prevent damage to the tissue and ensure equipment safety and reliability.
10. Jamming alarm prompt function: When a jamming fault occurs, an alarm prompt is provided for timely handling.
11. Quick program modification function: Each running program can be partially modified without the need for rewriting, making it convenient to use.
12. With power failure protection function, equipped with an external USB power interface (customers need to provide their own charging power supply to continue working for 1-10 hours), avoiding the impact of prolonged power outages on tissue dehydration.
