★1. Ion Purification: Commonly used reagents such as xylene are harmful to the human body when volatilized in the air. Common air purification methods use activated carbon adsorption purification, which is physical purification. Activated carbon purification requires a certain adsorption temperature (60℃~70℃ for the first stage, 20℃~40℃ for the second stage) and a certain adsorption time (about 1 hour) to be completely removed. Moisture and dust in the air will affect the activity of activated carbon, thus affecting its efficiency, so it must be replaced or regenerated. Ion purification can overcome the above shortcomings. Ion purification ionizes gases to produce ions, changing and decomposing harmful gases (hydrocarbons), completely removing harmful substances without maintenance.
2. Power Failure Protection Function: During automatic tissue operation, if a power failure occurs, the dehydrator will continue to operate for 5 minutes using the internal power supply (short-term power outages or power changes do not affect normal operation). If the power is still off after 5 minutes, and the basket is in front of the paraffin bath, the basket will enter the protection bath for protection (because the protection bath is low-concentration alcohol, it has little effect on the tissue). If it is in the paraffin bath, it will wait for power in the paraffin bath. After the power is restored, the system will automatically resume operation according to the operating status when the basket entered the protection bath. If it entered the protection bath before the fourth bath (including the fourth bath), after the power is restored, it will continue to operate according to the unfinished program. If it entered the protection bath after the fourth bath, after the power is restored, it will restart from the fifth bath according to the original setting of the program after the fifth bath. If the power is off while waiting in the paraffin bath, after the power is restored, it will continue to operate after the paraffin reaches the set temperature.

4. Automatic operation can be arbitrarily inserted with manual operation: Manual operation can be paused and inserted during automatic operation, making it easy for users to adjust, and it can automatically return to the original automatic operation status.
